RAESON International Conference Guidelines

Please read and follow the guidelines carefully

1 General Guidelines

All participants must register officially before the conference date.
Registration confirmation must be presented at the venue or online.
Participants must adhere to the conference code of conduct.

2 Paper Submission Guidelines

Papers must be original and not under review elsewhere.
Manuscripts should follow the RAESON paper template.
Plagiarism level must not exceed 15%.

3 Presentation Guidelines

15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A.
Slides must be PowerPoint or PDF.
Presenters should arrive early.

4 Virtual Attendance

Stable internet connection is required.
Meeting links will be emailed.
Use registered names.

5 Ethics & Code of Conduct

Respect all participants.
No harassment or discrimination.
Violations may result in removal.
