Conference Guidelines & Requirements

1 General Guidelines
  • All participants must register officially before the conference date.
  • Registration confirmation must be presented at the venue or online.
  • Participants must adhere to the conference code of conduct.
  • Late registration may incur additional fees.
2 Paper Submission Guidelines
  • Papers must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  • Manuscripts should follow the RAESON paper template.
  • Plagiarism level must not exceed 15%.
  • Maximum paper length is 8 pages (including references).
3 Presentation Guidelines
  • 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A.
  • Slides must be PowerPoint or PDF format.
  • Presenters should arrive at least 15 minutes early.
  • Use the provided presentation template for consistency.
4 Virtual Attendance
  • Stable internet connection is required.
  • Meeting links will be emailed 24 hours before.
  • Use registered names for identification.
  • Mute microphone when not speaking.
5 Ethics & Code of Conduct
  • Respect all participants, speakers, and organizers.
  • No harassment or discrimination of any kind.
  • Violations may result in immediate removal.
  • Maintain professional conduct at all times.
